Feinde exhibition: a new concrete poetry

This two week exhibition celebrateD the visual poetry of the Feinde: Austrian Enemies project, with over 20 artists exhibiting poetry that explores the conceptual, the concrete and the material. 

Calling back to the great tradition of postwar British and Austrian concrete poetry, so defining of that medium, this exhibition of 21st century poets brings together poets whose work is as striking as it is inventive.

Over 30 pieces will be exhibited in the Kings Cross based Hardy Tree Gallery, available to see for just two weeks, with a special view reading on May 10th with over 10 contributing poets sharing their work live.

The exhibitions includes:

There was a special view of the exhibition, with readings from British based poets and artists, and those visiting from Austria, including Cristine Brache, Emma Hammond, Simon Pomery, Ollie Evans, Prudence Chamberlain, mjb, Jörg Piringer, Ann Cotten, Esther Strauss and Robert Herbert McClean.
